In the fall of 2026, I visited El Rey de los Botones, Eduardo Alonso’s button shop in Buenos Aires, and came home with a small collection of handmade buttons, chosen one by one from the rows and rows of choices. This collection focuses on the stuff you'll not find anywhere else. The kind you plan a project around.

Because every button was made by hand, each varies a little from the next. Quantities are small, and some designs are a single set. Once they sell, they won’t be back.
